RENTAL INFORMATION

FACILITIES

The Faith Lutheran Church Community Center includes a gymnasium, conference room, Fellowship Hall, and commercial-style kitchen. It is the perfect place for your social gatherings, meetings, and events. Call us at (941) 924-4664 for current pricing and to arrange a tour!

Note: At this time we do not offer space for catered parties.​

SECURITY

The entire building is secured and upon approval, you will be given access to the rented area/s. This allows for peace of mind for you and your guests.

PROFESSIONAL SANITIZING

Faith Lutheran Church takes the health of your participants, our members, visitors, preschool families, and staff very seriously. Each rental space will be professionally sanitized after every event.

RENTAL DETAILS

GYMNASIUM

The gym is available for sports/fitness groups and other activities weeknights between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. In the summer, weekdays may also be available. Please ask if interested.
 

Restrooms are located inside the gym; no need to miss a play!


Sporting Events:

  • The gym is equipped with four basketball hoops and volleyball poles and a net.

  • A current certificate of liability insurance is required prior to practice/game.


Non-Sporting Events:

  • The gym can be set up in a variety of layouts to meet your event needs.

CONFERENCE ROOM

This space can accommodate small meetings or gatherings of up to 20 people. It has a restroom, small sink, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.

General setup is an open square with seating for 20. A projector and screen are available for use.

FELLOWSHIP HALL

This space is ideal for meetings or social gatherings and can accommodate up to 100 people theater-style, or up to 78 banquet-style (maximum of 13 round tables of six each).
If needed, the connected kitchen may be rented for an additional charge.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a commercial range (stovetop and oven), ice machine, dishwashers, sinks, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machines. It also has a serving window and catering carts, if needed.

The use of the kitchen may be added to the Fellowship Hall rental for an additional fee. Note: The kitchen has a fire suppression system that must be used. Instructions are posted in the kitchen near the serving window.

If you are ready to secure your space, please complete a Rental Application and submit it along with applicable payment per the included instructions. Once approved, a confirmation will be sent via email. Space is not confirmed until both have been received and confirmation has been provided.
